先把原来的开关边上锯条缝，然后掰开

把耳机线一端焊上

把线接好，接头处要套上热缩管

外面也要套上热缩管，再用喷枪加热使之收缩

<font size="5">下面是比上面都比较成熟的DIY
俺的ST1100就是使用它，速度高达150公里的时候还可以清晰通话，基本满足俺们的需要。

车头插孔，开启电源，绿灯亮，发射时红灯亮，这样可以比较清楚的知道当时的状态</font>

当时使用的是很舒服的耳机，耳朵很舒服，一点都不会疼，这也是小强的开始做的第一代，缺点就是风声太大，当时头盔也不够好。
