未能認識遊騎兵是我的損失，現在失去遊騎兵是所有重機騎士的損失，我是外籍人在中國沒任何影響力，我建議網上有影響力的人能出來帶領大家為亡者做些事情也為車友們做些事情，例如：要求**單位立即查辦兇手，教育車手該如何保護自己。

老游出事的帖子我一直在关注，我不认识他，但是我从心里敬佩他！骑风以及个性与我很相似的人，我一直在关注着他，活着的时候，出事以后。

前几天看了两片报道老游出事的帖子，有个问题我一直不明白，老游是摩游高手了，在笔直的路上怎麽会突然拐入路边，当时我就认为不是骑的快造成的，也不是犯了低级错误，一定是突发的什么事情造成的。今天从大威的关于老游出事的综合帖子里找到了答案。这几乎就是间接谋杀呀！！X4车主简直就不是人。老游热心地帮他买车并给他带路去保养车，你的朋友把老游撞了，而你第一关心的是你的摩托车，而不是老游。一个畜生给他点吃的还会感激地叫几声，何况是个在你买车的前前后后无私帮助你的人呢！X4车主，出事以后，你的良心哪里去了？！你对不起老游已经没有良心了，你怎么能对老游的家人没有交代而没有了人性！！！？？？

愿老游一路走好，即便在天堂，也千万不要忘记你曾经也是一个机车战士，也不要忘了，在悲苦的人间，还有众多的兄弟想念你。。。。。。</div>

<font size="5">       2  8日中午的时候，如烟在版主群里说他哥哥出车祸了，当时的想法也就是受点外伤。
1点多，如烟来电话说游骑兵很严重。。 </font><font size="5">

  赶去文龙医院，路上还问了香格里花园的保安，才知道开过头了。掉头回去，ICU外已是一群人守候在外边。家人和俱乐部的朋友们，过了会牛排也赶到了。
问了情况，说可能是开车时候低头看了一眼，结果撞上绿化带，就出事了。
  其实进医院的时候，脑干已经受损，大家一直坚持着不放弃抢救，虽然这样的伤情，医生也只能尽人事听天命吧。但我总想老游的身子骨比我这个小9岁的人都应该强的多，奇迹会出现的。

  到了此时，骑兵还是没有好转的迹象。直至深夜，畅游者俱乐部的朋友们还守候在医院的门口，论坛的朋友们也纷纷赶去医院探望。

  从下午到现在，一直在回想游骑兵和自己碰面的种种。他的话总是不多，只有聊到自己热爱的摩托的时候，眼中会闪着光芒，微笑而热切的与人讨论起来。记得去年7月底的时候，遇到他穿着全身的防护还戴着全盔，当时很不解的问他热不，他说开起来就凉快了，安全重要。谁料就是因为他今天戴的是一只半盔，就是这偶然一次小小的大意，带来致命的伤害。

  008帮忙把他的母亲哄回家，一路上我不停的和他母亲谈话。老人只是在念叨：昨天晚上说和朋友吃饭，没有回来吃。。。我不敢抬眼从后视镜里看她的面孔，只是拼命压抑着用尽量轻松的语调和老人扯一些家常。这次意外，伤害最深的就是老人，妻儿。我不敢想她们怎么去面对明天。。。 车子副座上放着的是骑兵那个总不离身的草绿色的腰包，我的手在上边摩挲，似乎感受到第一次和他见面时的那次握手。。

  感谢小倪医生和金琳同志。。虽然是我的朋友，和他们并不相识，他们还是热心尽力的来帮助这个事。

<font size="5">     <font color="blue">2008年5月4日今天是我第一次去看大型的活动，我从来没有看过任何一次演唱会和大型体育赛事。今天起床，一看是早起，才十二点。发个短信问朋友，摩托GP几点开始，朋友说1点10分，我飞奔去赛车场。这也是我第一次在观众席观看赛车。看到这么多世界顶级摩托车手在比赛，太感人了。 罗西赢了比赛。这是摩托GP在中国的最后一场比赛，以后应该再不来。合同七年，提前结束。这最后一场摩托GP中国站没有一个人摔车，也没有什么特别激励的竞争，正符合了“和谐”的要求。</font></font>
<font size="5"><font color="blue">    比赛的上座率虽然还可以，但是一眼就知道很多人明显是被组织来的，还有一半人居然是小学生和初中生。他们戴着红领巾列队前来，列队离去。这是多么奇怪的场景，<font color="red">里面的少数人可能会喜欢上这项运动，但骑摩托车在中国的很多城市却是违法的。这算是怂恿犯罪吗？这算是毒害青少年吗？ </font></font></font>
<font size="5"><font color="blue">    其实，我觉得<font color="red">J**M令本身就是违法的</font>。 </font></font>

<font size="5"><font color="blue"><font color="red">1：</font>摩托车就应该是一种合法的交通工具，既然它能合法的在城市的大部分商店购得，却不能合法使用，这什么意思。 </font></font>
<font size="5"><font color="blue"><font color="red">2：</font>飞车抢包的横行，是政X和警方或者社会环境的错，不是摩托车的错，他们本来就是不法份子，J**M令只对守法的老百姓起效。</font></font>
<font size="5"><font color="blue"><font color="red">3：</font>每个人都拥有使用恰当的交通工具使用公众道路的权利。我认为摩托车是恰当的交通工具。 </font></font>
<font size="5"><font color="blue"><font color="red">4：</font>生命危险不能作为理由，交通事故，受伤或者死亡是交通的代价。 </font></font>
<font size="5"><font color="blue"><font color="red">5：</font>保护环境不能成为理由，电瓶车的废弃电瓶也有污染，政X没少干污染环境的事情，比如我家亭林镇，我闭着眼睛用鼻子闻都知道到家了。交通工具里，大小卡车，公共汽车的尾气排放要比那些今天就不能上牌明天就不能上路的小车摩托车严重很多。你禁了摩托，逼着一些人去买小车，也占用交通资源，增加污染。该用的始终要用，定规则的不能坐在5米长的奥迪A6里要求大家都把路权让出来。</font></font>
<font size="5"><font color="blue"><font color="red">6：</font>很多人喜欢摩托车。摩托车有时候不纯粹是代步工具，也是文化一种。这算不算是文化灭绝? </font></font>
<font size="5"><font color="blue"><font color="red">7：</font>电瓶车其实更加危险。速度只比轻骑慢一点点，有些的极速甚至不比50cc的轻骑慢，但轮胎尺寸更小，抓地力更弱，牵引力更小，刹车规格更差，最要命的是还无声无息，为省电，灯还不亮，喇叭又轻，我晚上好几次差点被电瓶车撞死。</font></font>
<font size="5"><font color="blue"><font color="red">8：</font>据说摩托车造成城市拥堵，人还是要出行，不一定所有的摩托车驾驶员都选择公共交通工具，所以可能城市更加拥堵或者公共交通工具内部更加拥堵，还是那句话，拥堵也是交通的代价。</font></font>
<font size="5"><font color="blue">    所以，我觉得我应该拥有骑着摩托车堵在路上的权利，我也拥有骑着摩托车死在路上的权利，当然，如果不幸把别人堵在路上或者让别人死在路上了，这也必须去承受，以上都是交通的代价，其他的交通工具都是如此。</font></font>
<font size="5"><font color="blue">  我老家在乡下，两公里内没有公交线路，我老家离镇上大约4公里，我有时候没时间骑自行车，我本来可以骑摩托车，但我现在不得不驾驶汽车，增大了污染，占用了更多的道路和停车位，消耗了更多的能源，我觉得很不好意思。 我也不知道我购买时候已经附加缴纳给国家过各种税金的几台摩托车应该怎么办。 <font color="red">我其实最早是想做一个摩托车车手，但因为我在城市不让我合法购买的摩托车在公路上开了，于是我只能做一个汽车车手。</font> </font></font>

<font size="5"><font color="blue">      我认为J**M是不对的，每个人都有用正常交通工具适用道路的权利，所引发的后果都是交通的代价。所以此法令我不予理睬。</font></font></div></div>
